Scale Logic Studio("we", "us", "our") is a digital marketing studio operated by Shubham Patil, based in Sangli, Maharashtra. We help solar businesses generate booked site visits using Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads.

This policy explains how we handle your data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025.

Information you give us via forms, Meta lead forms, WhatsApp, calls or email:

• Phone / WhatsApp number
• Email address
• Business name and type
• Details about your business (e.g. ad budget, service area)

We also collect basic website usage via cookies/analytics and advertising data via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. We do not intentionally collect sensitive data.
